Points To be noticed:
1. I was presented to Magistrate after five Months of arrest.

2. Civil Advocate was provided for defense. Whose name is Commander Saadiq. I’m not allowed to choose my advocate.

3. No witness according to my will was allowed to be presented for defense.

4. Confined for one and a half year, family hasn’t been informed till my punishment.

5. Opponent- witnesses were five, belonging to Air Force, All were under arrest. No witness was free.

6. Nothing was found as evidence.

7. No solid proves were provided except for Witnesses.

8. After arriving jail, Rtd Colonel Muhammad Akram (0302-5023542) offered to file an appeal for me free of charge, because I had no chance of meeting my family I agreed for his help. I don’t feel like having doubts on Mr. Akram but I’m informed that many factual figures aren’t being presented to CJ Iftikhar Chuadry for instance; the case of Islam Siddiqui (DSG).

9. Nobody was murdered or got injury in Musharraf Attack.

Case of Islam Siddiqui:
Pakistan- Army ran the same case of me against Defense Service Guard, Islam Siddiqi (14 December Musharraf Attack Case) but to notice here is that, those Witnesses, who were presented in his case, aren’t presented in my case.
Few witnesses saw Islam Siddiqi pressing Remote Control button and few saw me doing the same action. Is this not enough to prove this case a false one?
The reason we were told for Islam Siddiqi’s separate trial that he was from Army. Army ran the case on Army personnel and Airforce ran the case on Air force personnel separately. But sadly, nobody is bringing this to light that Islam Siddiqi was not being mentioned in our case.
The one same incident was presented in different courts with different witnesses and with different strategy. Is this not evident to prove ill will? But nobody is bringing it on the mainstream.
